GREG NELSON, IIDA is an award-winning design leader who practices at the intersection of strategy, communication and place to create solutions that move people. As the founder and Principal of Altitude Design Office, Greg is responsible for maintaining the vision, design direction and operations of the firm.
With over 20 years of experience, Greg has worked on a wide range of projects, from stadiums, convention centers, hotels and corporate campuses to exhibits, restaurants and high-end residences. Across all these scales and types of projects, he has developed a firsthand view that the environment is a powerful communicator and that purposeful, human-centered design solutions have the opportunity to create action and inspire meaningful change.
Trained in interior architecture, Greg is a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certificate holder and a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). He is also a professional member of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD), a professional member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI.)
