Situated in El Segundo, across from the Los Angeles Lakers’ new practice facility and the new L.A. Times headquarters, 888 Douglas features a 30-acre site with four buildings, totaling approximately 550,000 square feet, and excess land to provide a true campus style environment
The property is unique because of its massive scale, irreplaceable architectural features and vibrant westside location. The campus is less than a mile south of the Los Angeles International Airport, at the junction of the 105 and 405 freeways, and across the street from the Metro Green Line and new Crenshaw/LAX stations.
Hackman Capital Partners plans to transform the historic aerospace manufacturing and warehousing site into a one-of-a-kind creative campus, showcasing vestige keepsakes, such as 50-foot ceilings, sawtooth skylights, bridges, catwalks and railway corridors.
