Los Angeles-based design firm Altitude Design Office announced today the expansion of their experiential and strategic branding practice with the recent on-boarding of studio director, Kate Tews, and senior project director, Cheri Devlin.
Working with internationally-known brands like Sony Pictures Entertainment, the Television Academy and Renaissance Hotels, Altitude Design Office’s expertise ranges from stadiums, performing arts centers, hotels, convention centers, corporate campuses to retail centers. The new strategic hires will broaden the firm’s expertise in experiential design, architectural branding, hospitality, commercial, environmental graphics and placemaking.

Kate Tews, Altitude Design Office’s studio director, has more than 30 years of creative experience. With previous roles at companies including EGG Office, Reverb Studio and Virgin Records, Tews is an expert in brand strategy, positioning and development, creative direction and overall management of creative teams.

Coming from her previous role as principal at Selbert Perkins Design, Altitude Design Office’s new senior project director Cheri Devlin has over 25 years of experience specializing in environmental graphics and placemaking. With a unique background in architecture and graphic design, Devlin brings a wealth of experience in city and public realm-based wayfinding and placemaking.
