New Vivo on Harbor Community Opens to Residents

The new residential community, Vivo on Harbor, has opened along the San Pedro waterfront in Los Angeles. Altitude Design Office worked directly with High Street Residential (HSR), a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, to design the development’s brand name and identity that’s been rolled out across all development touchpoints from website to wayfinding. 

Offering 137 apartment residences with stunning harbor views, numerous amenities, and ground-floor retail, Vivo on Harbor creates a dynamic new hub for San Pedro’s Waterfront Arts District, and helps to transform the growing community into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. The brand’s bold color palette and contemporary typography were directly informed by the community’s energy and style, and reflect HSR’s commitment to San Pedro and its culturally rich heritage.
