San Diego’s New Luxury Residential Tower ‘Radian’ is Now Open

Cisterra Development has officially opened Radian, a 22-story residential tower in downtown San Diego’s Ballpark District. Altitude developed the building’s brand strategy, narrative, name and visual identity in a comprehensive brand system that informs Radian’s digital media, print collateral as well as the architectural signage used throughout the building’s interior and exterior.

Radian offers 241 luxury apartment residences and amenities along with sweeping views of both downtown and the bay. Within weeks after opening its doors in August 2023, Radian was 40% leased and 25% occupied – quick in comparison to typical downtown projects of this scale – and new residents continue to move in each week.
