11611 San Vicente

At a prominent eastern gateway to the Brentwood neighborhood in Los Angeles, this multi-tenant office building now enjoys new branding that elevates the tenant experience and establishes a memorable address.

When 11611 San Vicente needed improvements to attract and retain tenants, the owner imagined a building transformation that would reflect the Brentwood neighborhood’s upscale coastal aesthetic. Altitude’s rebrand of the property gave the building a sophisticated, exclusive tone, while also making it easier to remember the address, which is similar to that of nearby buildings.

The design team enhanced the tenant and visitor journey through a new drop-off porte-cochere at the building’s main entry, as well as new signage and graphics highlighting the garage entry and valet experience.

The owner imagined a building transformation to elevate the tenant experience with an upscale coastal design reflective of the surrounding Pacific Coast terrain.

Digital signage in the garage and main lobbies provide guests with modern building directories and ease maintenance for staff.

New signage and graphics reflect the coastal terrain, while a color palette of warm metals conveys a sense of hospitality with the upscale nature of the property.
