Vivo on Harbor is Underway on the L.A. Waterfront

High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, is developing Vivo on Harbor, a dynamic new 137-unit apartment community at the center of San Pedro’s Waterfront Arts District. Vivo was named by Altitude to reflect the vibrancy and diversity of San Pedro and to honor the client’s goal to nurture a genuine sense of belonging in this unique and cherished waterfront location along Harbor Boulevard. A bold color palette and contemporary typography support the brand’s spirited and stylish positioning as they’re applied to architectural signage and wayfinding that ease residents’ experiences from arrival to individual apartments.

HSR broke ground on the development in late 2022 and anticipates completion in 2024, as Vivo on Harbor becomes a new anchor within this growing waterfront neighborhood. According to Alex Valente, Senior Vice President with High Street Residential, “we are excited to build a project that meets the needs of those living in or looking to move to San Pedro and enjoy the outstanding outdoor environment in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood.
